REGISTERED NURSE
JOB DUTIES: Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to patients.

JOB DUTIES: Responds to all Codes in accordance with the Hospital Safety Plan to ensure the safety of all staff, patients and visitors; establishes and maintain quality customer service by providing customer with information about billing, services, and various other hospital programs-in person, over the telephone or in writing, responds to all patients waiting for the admission process, completes appropriate forms, obtains proper signatures(s). Advises patients of their rights and responsibilities, and collects deductible and co- pay amounts as applicable; prepares and processes patient accounts to insurance companies and assists the business office staff with accurate and complete patient record keeping by entering and updating all customer information.
Job Requirements:

Hours/Week: Full time/part time, As needed Monday thru Sunday
Shift/Hours/Days: 12 hour shifts day/night and weekends

RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST
JOB DUTIES: Performs and ensures patient safety while operating radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations (including tomography), portable x-ray, and CR processing. Assist physician in detection and localization of the patient’s anatomy using the appropriate technical factors, age specific positioning and shielding techniques appropriate for infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST/CT/XR preferred but not required
JOB DUTIES: Performs and ensures patient safety while operating sonography equipment. Assist physician in detection and localization of the patient's anatomy using the appropriate technical factors, are specific positioning and shielding techniques appropriate for infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST
JOB DUTIES: Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Toxicology, Phlebotomy, Blood Bank. Ensures proper functioning of laboratory equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Calibrates and assesses the accuracy of laboratory equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
· California CLS License
· One year experience as a generalist including blood bank
· BLS
SHIFTS/HOURS:
Full time with benefits; 36 hours per week --- Starting January 2022
12 hour shifts; days
RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
JOB DUTIES: Performs ABG punctures according to P/P manual; takes and records patient vitals signs, including breath sounds, ventilator status, mental status, and response to treatment; provides the patient with specialized, personal care, assembles and disassembles, operates and maintains, troubleshoots; cleans and performs minor repairs on equipment; sets ventilator parameters according to P/P manual and doctor orders. Performs EKG’s, SVN treatments, O2 Therapy and notifies RN/MD of any adverse findings; files and maintains patient EKG and ECHO charts and assures that records are complete.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Current California Respiratory Therapist License
· Current BLS

Full Time 36 hours per week

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
JOB DUTIES:
The Director of Health Information Management has the authority and responsibility of directing, planning, coordinating, and administering the medical records program of the hospital; supervising and managing department operations; and is directly responsible for supervising the Medical Record Analysts/Coders, and Medical Records Clerk. The Director of Health Information Management is also the Privacy Officer of the Hospital and is required to provide guidance and instruction to the hospital employees. Provides leadership by working cooperatively and effectively with staff and other administrative and support personnel in maintaining the standards of professional behavior in the multidisciplinary acute care setting and other duties as assigned.
Processes Medical Staff Applications and Re-appointment Applications. Maintains the providers credentialing file and quality file. Takes minutes at various meetings as needed.
The Director of Health Information Management reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and ultimately to the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Requirements:
· Health Information Technician (RHIT) and/or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
· Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role; prefer healthcare setting in acute care.
· Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

SHIFTS/HOURS: 40 hours per
