PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
JOB DUTIES:
The Physical Therapy Assistant promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist; Contributes to a physical therapist’s effectiveness by identifying patient care issues; Administers treatment programs for patients; Assesses patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and obtaining updating, and studying therapy histories; Evaluates abnormal conditions by reviewing physical therapist’s interpretations of patient evaluations and test results; Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records; Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities; Helps patients in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses; Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens, giving normal growth and development information, and promoting wellness and health maintenance; Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to policy positions concerning federal, state, and local regulations and JACHO standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree for physical therapy assistant
- All states require a license or certification
- Must pass a state-administered exam or the National Physical Therapy Exam administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy

SHIFTS/HOURS:
Full Time – 8 Hours Shifts
Monday – Friday
REGISTERED NURSE
JOB DUTIES:
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree for physical therapy assistant
- California Registered Nurse License
- Experience Preferred
- Accepting New Graduates with Current California License
RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST
JOB DUTIES:
Performs and ensures patient safety while operating radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations (including tomography), portable x-ray, and CR processing. Assist physician in detection and localization of the patient’s anatomy using the appropriate technical factors, age specific positioning and shielding techniques appropriate for infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Radiologic Technology program / CT preferred, training available
- Current Registration and Licensure by the ARRT and CDPH-RHB
- CDPH-RHD (California Dept. Of Public Health Radiologic Health Branch)
- California State fluoroscopy not required, but preferred.
- Current BLS
Salary depending on experience
SHIFTS/HOURS:
Part Time
Weekends/Days
ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST/CT/XR preferred but not required
JOB DUTIES:
Performs and ensures patient safety while operating sonography equipment. Assist physician in detection and localization of the patient’s anatomy using the appropriate technical factors, are specific positioning and shielding techniques appropriate for infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Sonography program or documentation of experience
- Ultrasound license with ARDMS or ARRT preferred but not required
- Current BLS
Salary depends on experience or Contract pay (paid per exam with minimum payment for single exam)
SHIFTS/HOURS:
Per-Diem Weekends / Days
RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
JOB DUTIES:
Performs ABG punctures according to P/P manual; takes and records patient vitals signs, including breath sounds, ventilator status, mental status, and response to treatment; provides the patient with specialized, personal care, assembles and disassembles, operates and maintains, troubleshoots; cleans and performs minor repairs on equipment; sets ventilator parameters according to P/P manual and doctor orders. Performs EKG’s, SVN treatments, O2 Therapy and notifies RN/MD of any adverse findings; files and maintains patient EKG and ECHO charts and assures that records are complete.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current California Respiratory Therapist License
- Current BLS

SHIFTS/HOURS:
Full Time 36 hours per week
Day and/or night shift 12 hour shifts
